Returns Policy

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging.

If you wish to return an eligible product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing vapegarageuk@gmail.com to request a returns address and instructions.

Please note:

• We cannot accept returns on any opened or used products for safety reasons.
• Returned items will be inspected upon arrival to confirm they meet the return conditions.
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the return is approved.
